It is the responsibility of the guest to read and comply with the rules set out in this INTERNAL Luna Light REGULATION Villas & Resort.
• Subject matter. The purpose of these regulations is to provide accommodation services in the assigned Villas or Departments.
• Hosting Service. The accommodation service includes the use of the Villa or Department, and the rules set out in these regulations must be observed.
• Owner registration and identification. The guest is required to fill in the Registration Card established by this company and is empowered to require official identification of the applicant or any of his or her companions.
• Price payment. It is the obligation of the guest to settle the amount caused by the hosting service upon arrival. The amount of $750 pesos per night for each additional guest who exceeds the capacity established by the Villa or Department. The number of surplus is authorized by the booking staff and no additional beds or mattresses are provided. The guest who disoccupies your Villa or Department after 12: 00 hrs, is required to pay the accommodation price for another day.
• Check in at 15: 00 hrs / Check out at 12: 00 hrs. In the Villas and Departments there are scheduled reservations so the Check out should be made maximum at 12: 00. In the event that the guest does not leave, our staff reserves the right to enter the Villa or Department to perform toiletries and to place the forgotten cases in a warehouse space. In the absence of a scheduled reservation, the value of the next day at the rate previously contracted shall be charged.
• Other obligations of the Lawyer. Guests shall be strictly prohibited:
• Ingerir alcoholic beverages in corridors and public areas of the Villas or departments, make annoying noises, and in general, any act that disrupts or discomforts other guests; Use of the authority will be made by failing to respond to the first call of attention by the staff of the Villas or Departments.
• The entry of pets into the facilities of the Villas or Departments is strictly prohibited.
• The bathroom towels we provide are for exclusive use within the Villas or Departments. These are not allowed to be taken to the pool or beach.
• For the safety and well-being of our guests, it is strictly prohibited to enter others who are not registered, limiting visits to the parking and reception area. Or otherwise, you must pay a visitor's fee and register properly. The safety of our guests and staff is paramount.
• The guest is responsible for paying for all the misuse he gives to the whites (towels, covers, sheets, etc.), as well as dishes and kitchen utensils, and will be charged.
• Deteriorate the furniture, decoration or property of the Villas or Departments, giving them an unsuitable destination to that of their service.
• Any act that causes damage to the facilities of the Villas or Departments or to other guests. The company reserves the right to terminate the hosting service when the above prohibitions are violated, without the parent having the right to any refund for the services paid, and is also obliged to pay or compensate for the damages caused by its actions.
• Luz de Luna Villas & Resort is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector, so any activity involving a presumed case of sexual or labour exploitation of children and adolescents will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Safe deposit box. The service provider is not responsible for the loss or damage to the goods and / or values that are not deposited in the safe and / or values that each room in the Villas or Departments counts.
• Reservations. The reservation of a Villa or Department is valid only when it is guaranteed via bank deposit, electronic transfer, card payment or direct cash payment in the administrative offices of Villas Luz de Luna.
• Cancellations.
Bridge and Baja season.
• More than 15 days in advance: Total reservation return
• 15 to 10 days in advance: The first night will be taken over.
• 9 - 0 days in advance or No Show: No refund.
High season:
• More than 30 days in advance: Total reservation return
• 29 to 15 days in advance: The first night will be taken over.
• 14 - 0 days in advance ò No show: No refund.
Recommendations
The Villas or Departments do not have life-saving service in pools, take due care with their children. Take precautions in the different areas of the facilities when you go up and down stairs.
